Account deletion
Coalesce beta · Last updated 24 October 2026
Request deletion
In Coalesce, open Together → Account → Request account deletion, then confirm. After the server confirms the request, sharing is disabled and the request becomes pending. An offline or failed request has not necessarily reached the server.
Timing
Joseph manually processes deletion requests. Our target is completion within seven calendar days. This is a service goal, not an automated guarantee. The current beta requires manual cleanup and the authentication-account completion step described below. Data cleanup and authentication-account deletion are separate steps. A cleanup receipt confirms only the first step; the whole account is not deleted until both steps succeed. Contact Joseph if you need help or the target has passed.
What cleanup removes
Cleanup removes your account preferences, authored shares/posts/comments/reactions and other covered account-owned records. Connections are disconnected. Other people’s independent content, certain relationship/safety records and a minimal deletion receipt may remain.
Finish deleting the account
The beta requires a final step after cleanup: return to Account, choose Check deletion status, then Finish deleting authentication account when available. You may need to sign in again. Until that succeeds, the authentication account has not been deleted.
If you cannot complete the steps
Contact joseph@blkbrdadvertising.com. Provide your account email and account identifier if known. We will need to verify ownership; do not send your password or verification codes. Manual assistance is required if you cannot complete the in-app steps. We cannot mark your account deleted until server cleanup and authentication-account deletion are confirmed.
What remains outside this action
Deletion does not erase recipients’ screenshots, exported copies or all provider security logs. Local saved readings and personal preferences are separate from the server account. Signing out clears the stored app session; uninstalling alone is not server-account deletion.
